Why does it take 3-5 business days for an item to ship?
I am a one-woman company which means in addition to being the only designer and maker, I am also managing the business side of everything as well. This time period takes that into consideration, and gives me time to polish and package your item before it ships. I will do my best to ship your order as quickly as possible within the allotted time frame.
How long with a made-to-order item take to ship?
I will do my best to complete made-to-order items as quickly as possible, but my policy is 5-10 business days (not including shipping).
Do you offer shipping insurance?
These are included insurance options when you make your shipping selection;
- First Class Mail - up to $50
- Priority Mail - up to $100
- Priority Mail Express - up to $200 and includes signature confirmation
There is an option to add-on additional shipping insurance at checkout. Please make the appropriate selection for your shipping preference.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
At this time I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please see my 'policies' section for more details.
How will I know if a ring size will fit?
Please get sized at a professional jewelry store if you're unsure of your ring size. You can read more information about sizing on my 'policies' page. I do not offer refunds or exchanges, and am unable to resize rings.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time I am not taking custom orders.

What types of jewelry do you offer in stores and boutiques?
I make different collections of jewelry to sell in stores, and offer different and more variations on my made-to-order items.
I am a store/boutique owner, and am interested in carrying your jewelry.
